There are five phases to our web design process:

Phase One - Project Definition & Site Structure:

• Initial Design and Information Gathering Meeting (This can be done in person at our office or yours or over the phone using an online meeting platform)


• Outline the web site content with the creation of a Sitemap


• Create a Site Diagram and or Wireframe (a non-graphical sketch detailing the location of principal site navigation and features


• Client approval of Wireframe

• Graphic Designer creates web design mockup (visual representation) based off of the wireframe.


• Client and Designer review the new mockup and discuss and make design revisions (if necessary)


• Client signs off on the final version of mockup

• Building the web site in an SEO friendly website according to web standards and compliance's.


• Implement the code into a CMS, Content Management System (if necessary)


• Development of any special features required of the web site


• Quality Assurance Testing & Refinement as needed


• Client's final approval of web site

• Implementing and Optimizing of Page Titles & Descriptions


• Creation of XML sitemap & Robots.txt file


• Creation of 301 redirects from the old pages url's to the new equivalent


• Install tracking code to all pages of website for easy monitoring of Web site Traffic.
